I'm a qualified Vinyasa, Hatha and Akhanda Yoga teacher offering Private and Corporate Yoga in South West London.
As a Yoga teacher, I particularly enjoy teaching beginners Yoga classes and supporting students at the beginning of their Yoga journey, a time that was pivotal in my own life.

Our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and can be a mixture of physical practice (Vinyasa Flow style or Hatha), meditation and Yoga philosophy depending on what you want and need, in order for you to get the most out of your Yoga practice.
