I am a passionate and enthusiastic teacher. With over 10 years teaching experience and 20 years practice. I strongly believes that yoga is about more than being able to bend yourself into the shape of a pretzel. It is about the mind, body and soul connection.

My popular classes include a mix of breathing practices, asana (postures), relaxation and meditation. Designed to leave you refreashed and better able to deal with what life sends your way!
