About Turiya Yoga, Oswestry
Your teacher, Ceri, trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and has practised yoga for over 20yrs, studying with teachers from Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, all of which she brings to her teaching.
Ceri offers weekly group classes and private individual tuition at her studio on the outskirts of Oswestry, as well as monthly workshops and retreats throughout the year.
