I teach publicly and privately to children, teenagers and adults. My mixed-level classes are welcoming and accessible.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for almost 3 years. My 200-hour teaching certification was with Zen Buddhist Master, Daizan Roshi. I taught yoga as part of the social sports curriculum at King's Bruton, a day and boarding school, January 2017 through June 2018.
