At Yoga Avenue classes take place in a light and airy studio at the bottom of the garden! Class sizes are deliberately kept small (8 max) to enable individual attention, gentle hands on adjusts and assists to ensure you gain the full benefit of your yoga practice.
Whether you are looking to let go of tension, establish calm and find more balance, increase your flexibility, build strength or deal with a specific health issue, a regular yoga practice can yield incredible benefits. By combining breathe work (pranayama) with alignment focused physical poses (asana) and bliss filled relaxation (savasana) you can begin to realise a more centered, happier, healthier you.
Yoga Avenue offers integrated classes suitable for all levels - regardless of age, size or fitness. Alternative poses and modifications using specific props are offered throughout to really enable you to release, relax and enjoy in a friendly and nurturing environment. All equipment is provided although you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.
