Hi I'm Ella, a yoga teacher based in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK teaching Hatha Yoga, Shakti Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation, for the wellbeing of your body, mind, heart and spirit.

I specialise in working one to one yoga (121) and with small private groups to provide carefully designed lessons and specifically created for each individual or small group, to meet their specific needs.

Available in person in Wells, Glastonbury, Taunton & Bridgewater, Somerset, Bath & Bristol and available online world-wide.

I do also hold a weekly Shakti Yoga class for women on Thursday Mornings, at the Avalon Centre in Glastonbury.

I draw upon a variety of styles and practices from ancient and modern traditions, to create a practice which works for you and gives you techniques to draw upon in day to day life, moment to moment.

In every 121, every private lesson and every public class, I offer:
