The simplest of yoga movement, postures, breathing practice and meditation techniques can help us to deal with our day to day lifes. In a world where our senses are overloaded with so much activity, a yoga practice can provide us some refuge and relief. A time to take care of yourself and reconnect to your source, your inner nature, a place of stillness, space and peace.
Katie is a RYT Yoga Alliance 200hr Yoga Teacher since 2009. She has also completed BWY modules and Calm for Kids Yoga training.
