Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes, courses, workshops. Strong practice with a weekly focus on improving strength, flexibility and balance in combination with a select target area (shoulders & back, deep abdominal muscles, legs).
You do not have to be flexible to attend. Classes are mixed abilities, suitable for beginners as a range of difficulty options is provided to make poses accessible to all. Spare mats available or bring your own.
