Breathing Space yoga unblocks the knots of physical and mental energy and increases our sense of wellbeing, giving us new vitality, health and increased activity. So whether you are looking for physical or mental strength, our classes are ideal. Jane is an experienced teacher in the Sivananda yoga tradition.
Hatha Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Tuesdays 9.15 - 10.15 Beginners Class starts on April 30 2019 NB Beginners Class 1 – 3 from 9.15 - 10.15 and 9.15 - 10.45 for subsequent classes.
