Yoga can benefit all ages and body types, it's not about being bendy or making the 'perfect' shape. There is something very satisfying about taking some time out to reconnect the body and mind and yoga is the perfect tool to do this.
I completed my 200hr Teacher Training in September 2016 with Alice Milner at Yama Yoga Hub in Bath.
My classes begin with breath work and are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow/Ashtanga, ending with a guided relaxation.
I enjoy teaching themed classes and will always adapt the poses to each individual need of the student.
