Hi my name is Jade and I am a Hatha Ashtanga/ Vinyasa flow teacher. I teach a beginners Hatha yoga class focusing on increasing flexibility and creating mindfulness, starting with a series of stretches sun sanitation’s and ending with a sahvasana to give those new to yogi’s a real taste of the style.
