My approach is to use yoga as a tool to develop strength, inner calmness and self-awareness.
When working with this approach, we develop these qualities through our yoga practice. The physical positions are quite strengthening and can be challenging and at the same time allowing the breath to flow freely which promotes calmness.
The artistic and graceful forms of the movements develop an awareness of our creative selves.
The skills you will hopefully gain from this type of yoga are the skills to have the ability to develop resilience to cope with the challenges of everyday life.
