- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga @ Wells Town Hall on Friday mornings - 9-10.30. Traditional led Primary Series. Suitable for mixed levels (modifications will be given). Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a strong flowing form of Yoga combining postures & movement with precise counted breathwork. We will gradually cover sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, backbends & inversions, as well as some chanting and meditation. Come prepared to breathe, to move, to look inward, and to shine out!
Please bring a mat, and any props, if you have them (belt/blocks)

Wake up your Saturday morning with this new, general level, slow & strong flow class. I also draw on my deep love of music in my classes, incorporating chanting & breathwork. Come with an open mind & heart & give this time to yourself on a Saturday morning.
Beginner yogis always welcome. Please bring a mat, and any props, if you have them (belt/blocks) - don’t worry if you don’t.
