Fun and informal yoga sessions for groups and individuals to teach you how to increase your strength, suppleness and your ability to be calm and still in our mad world. Jane Hobbs has practiced yoga for over 20 years and is qualified, accredited and insured with Yoga Alliance UK. Classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced. Jane offers lots of posture variations which means those with little (if any) yoga experience or those with any injuries can take it as gently as they wish while those who want to work harder will be able to do so with more advanced versions.Classes are currently run at Nine Springs Holistic Centre in Yeovil on a Monday between 2.00pm and 3.30pm (£8.50 per drop in class) and Thursday evening 6.30 - 7.30pm at West Pennard Village Hall from 6th September. Other days, times and venues will be added over the next couple of months.
In addition to regular yoga Jane is also qualified to teach pregnancy yoga to those in their second and third trimesters. These are available as 1-2-1 or small group classes. Some larger group classes will be launched later in the year.
Jane has recently located to Somerset from Birmingham where she ran a successful Yoga and Therapy Business. Yoga clients include the University of Birmingham Yoga Society, the staff of Queen Alexandra College and one of Birmingham's top yoga studios Barefoot Birmingham. She is currently in the process of building up both businesses again.
