As well as regular scheduled classes, 1 to 1 Yoga Therapy, Groups, Families, Yoga Days, Ante Natal, Aqua and Children’s Yoga are also available.

Pool membership for relaxing swims is also offered.

Plenty of free parking – the yoga studio is set in over 3 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. Personal and scheduled Retreats offered all year round.
