About YogaandBackCare

Christine, I have tried to answer you but your e-mail bounces. See working hours below :- )
Classes are mainly focussed on Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on alignment and using the postures to help improve a student’s daily quality of life.
Postures are modified to suit the individual’s needs to their body.

All classes end with a relaxation session.

Where possible, students are encouraged to socialise with other yoga students outside of the class.

One-to-one sessions are available on request

Back care assessments are also available on request. These enable the individual to understand possible reasons why there is pain in the back and what exercises and yoga postures can be used to help pain management and healing.

All clients coming for back care assessments are encouraged to check with their GPs that there are no underlying medical conditions causing their pain before they come for an assessment.

Based in the Cardiff area, Helen also spends time in the Hay-on-Wye area and is able to give one-to-one sessions and Back care assessments in the Hay area as well as in Cardiff.
