Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation in Cardiff
You will learn how yoga can relieve some of the common pregnancy complaints you may be suffering from. We'll work on posture and alignment to help baby get into the optimal position for a smoother birth, we'll work on strengthening all the muscles you'll need during birth, and I'll demonstrate lots of useful techniques to help you cope with your labour. The movements we do will improve blood circulation, which in turn improves the flow of oxygen and nutrients around your body and directly benefits your baby.
At the end of each session I will lead a lovely relaxation which is a great chance to shut out the busy world and focus on you and your baby.
My class is accessible to everyone, whether you have years of regular practice behind you, or are completely new to yoga. I will make you feel welcome and will adapt any part of the class to your level.
