Hi, I'm Karen and my joy of teaching comes from educating my students to understand their bodies and to embrace their own individual practice. I like to see students exploring the rights and wrongs of alignment, not from a text book perspective but from their own personal physique, ability and understanding.
I vary my classes from standard Hatha positions, through to Vinyasa flows and the occasional nurturing Ying practice, all focused to help create strong, healthy and mobile bodies but also to encourage class participants to take yoga from their mats and into their day to day lives.
I offer intermediate and beginner level sessions with a variety of payment options. Places are restricted so pre booking is a requirement but trial sessions are available. Please get in touch if you would like to hear more - website, Facebook, email and telephone are all available.
