I offer twice-weekly Vinyasa Flow yoga classes in Llantwit Major.
More and more, I find myself gravitating towards a slower, more meditative practice. My aim is to offer a class that flows, and offers some challenges, but with plenty of pauses to focus on the breath, and practice a mindful enquiring attitude: a class that will spark a bit of core strength and awareness, engaging the body, but that will also give you room to examine what you are bringing to the yoga mat in any given moment.
I always want to make my class accessible, but still challenging: our yoga mat means many different things to all of us; for me it is a place where we have room to explore, uncover and develop in every aspect of our Selves; mind, body and soul.
