The Light Gets In is all about using a fusion of yoga and mindfulness to let the mind and body to work effectively together. Using mindfulness meditation techniques while practising Hatha-based yoga, we can learn to achieve a very real sense of calm and peace, while also listening to what the body really needs.
We deliver classes in a variety of venues to suit the needs of participants. Whether that's in the workplace, a local cafÃ© or village hall, we bring all the kit so you can just turn up!
We also work on a one-to-one basis and small-group basis, in your home or in a venue of your choice. Packages are created to exactly fit with your needs, so everybody gets a unique blend of mindfulness and yoga just for them.
