I am a fully qualified Yoga Alliance certified teacher teaching a modified version of the Ashtanga primary series. I have practiced yoga for more than 10 years in various forms and love all of them. I started an Ashtanga practice a few years ago and have stayed with it ever since.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing sequence that links movement with breath for a moving meditative practice. The practice is suitable for all levels with plenty of modifications to suit beginners as well as more challenging options for the more experienced practitioner.
