My yoga classes are taught in the traditional way, including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. I believe in the whole body approach – working with the mind and body as one. I am passionate about yoga – I feel the benefits for myself on a daily basis and know how yoga can alleviate stress, help with reducing tension and ease sore and still muscles.

I have been involved in the Health and Fitness Sector for over 35 years, but now my focus is working with students to help them find some calm in a frantic world.

I was a beginner to yoga when I started Jacqui’s Tuesday class two years ago.
Everyone made me feel very welcome & the class helps me to relax, stay calm & keep me trim.
Would recommend Ab Fab yoga to everyone!

Jacqui is an excellent Yoga teacher and can adapt her classes to suit all abilities and age groups. Her classes include yoga poses, breathing and mediation in the Hatha style. She is also a fun, caring person who will make you feel at ease if you are new to yoga.

These yoga classes are very good, you must try it to be able to learn & feel how rewarding it is. The whole body approach as definitely helped with making me feel focused and relaxed, it works! Give it a go.
