My yoga classes are taught in the traditional way, including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. I believe in the whole body approach - working with the mind and body as one. I am passionate about yoga - I feel the benefits for myself on a daily basis and know how yoga can alleviate stress, help with reducing tension and ease sore and still muscles.
I have been involved in the Health and Fitness Sector for over 35 years, but now my focus is working with students to help them find some calm in a frantic world.
