PLEASE NOTE: NO LONGER RUNNING THESE CLASSES
‘Relax, Stretch and Breathe’ classes consist of gentle yoga-inspired exercises designed to improve energy levels, relieve pregnancy discomforts, quieten the mind and allow women to take time out from their busy lives to focus on their pregnancy. The postures will be very gentle, specifically designed so that you can attend throughout your pregnancy.
Class members will also learn valuable breathing and relaxation techniques to help them during labour and to aid restful sleep. At the end of each class there is the opportunity for the group to get to know one another whilst enjoying refreshments and discussions. The classes will be led by Nikki, who is an NCT antenatal teacher.
For those who are already mothers, the class is a time to relax, concentrate on the new baby, and think about your wishes for this birth. For first time mothers, there will be lots of practical tips, opportunity to meet others and ask questions.
A monthly new mums session is held, which gives those who have given birth an opportunity to come back and tell their story, along with showing off their new baby
Places are limited, so you must book in advance.

I loved these classes and would recommend them to any mum-to-be. The yoga itself is extremely relaxing and de-stressing, and Nikki is an excellent instructor.
