
About Your Yoga Time
The practice of Yoga, mindfulness and meditation has had a profound impact upon my life.
I am inspired by life and at 39 I am the healthiest I have ever been. I feel great and I am full of energy and enthusiasm; however, as with many of us, this was not always the case! Now, after many years of study, training and practice, I am ready to share my insights, skill and expertise with anyone who wishes to enhance their own body, mind and well-being.
The practice of Yoga really works. If you feel ready to reap the benefits, I am here to guide and support you. I currently operate in the Doncaster (UK) area and can offer you a range of personalised opportunities to address your needs as well as a weekly class schedule.
The key theme for my current classes is to introduce the core foundations that build a great yoga practice. We will focus on the breath, whilst being mindful in each posture to ensure correct body alignment. Holding the different postures with correct breathing will enable practitioners to gradually move deeper into each pose, which in return will build core strength, stamina and flexibility throughout the entire body. The class will always end with a period of relaxation helping to relieve tension, anxiety and stress. This is a great opportunity for anybody who wishes to start their own yoga practice or continue to further advance an existing one.

Love these classes. Always feel brilliant afterwards. Great balance of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness exercises. Classes are well structured and differentiated to be accessible to both new comers and experienced practitioners. Relaxed and purposeful environment too. Would recommend.
