Yoga with Renay

I am Hertfordshires first Appleyoga Trained Teacher. I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Once the postures have been learnt it becomes a meditative flowing practice using the Sun Salutation as a template and interlinking Yoga postures using our breath.

If you want to feel stronger, healthier both mentally & physically & gain a sense of peace with all around you Yoga could be just what you are looking for.
