Chi Living is the wellbeing project of Stephen Smith. Stephen is a yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, NLP practitioner, and self-defence instructor.
Chi Living aims to promote the holistic development of the individual through a combination of physical exercise and mindfulness practice.
