Having never done yoga before i didn’t know what to expect so I was a little hesitant. But I thought new year new challange. So I arranged my first lesson everything was explained to me by yoga teacher Chris. I’ve been going now just over a month. Chris the yoga teacher is absolutely brilliant he makes you feel relaxed and is an absolutely fantastic teacher. He explains all the diffrent techniques in effortless detail and with great wit putting the group at ease. A refreshing change from the classes I’ve attended in the past, where expertise is expected, or everyone is uber serious and unfriendly. A genuine feeling of warmth and support is evident here, led by an expert who offers different challenge levels and one to one conversations or directions. A real mix of people and ability levels, making you feel comfortable and not shy to come back for more!

Chris is an encouraging motivated instructor who caters to all capabilities and has worked wonders with my thoracic area. On the whole a very welcoming class

Yoga with Chris is really enjoyable, he helps to get the best out of the positions without been pushy and gives great encouragement, i have improved my posture and have infrequent bouts of lower back pain due to going to the class. I would highly recommend it for fitness and fun. Namaste 🙏

I have been attending the class for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. On my first night I have to admit I was a bit nervous, I’m older than the other members by quite a few years and not particularly supple but I had no need to worry. The other members were all friendly and encouraging. Chris explains things clearly and offers alternatives depending on your ability.. He helps and encourages you without making you feel stupid. I would thoroughly recommend this class to everybody.

After year off pounding exercises including running, zumba, bokwa and much more i was struggling to get up out of from a chair, i was like a old person, struggled to get out of bed, my back pain was restricting also my movement and flexibility, this was diagnosed as arthritis in my back, hands, feet, my GP reccomended Yoga, he also added that they were seeing great benefits when adding Yoga to your regular exercise, i took his advice over 2 years ago and what results i have, more movement, flexiblity, easier to manage pain, Thanks to Chris at Red… Read more »
