Sye Peck has been teaching yoga 25 years. She is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga tutor.
Sue teaches Hatha Yoga using both ancient and modern, as well as grounded and sensible, teaching methods. Hatha yoga is a gentle, yet , effective style of Yoga that focuses on developing conscious awareness of the breath, the mind and the body to bring a calm, peaceful and lasting experience of releasing tension and stress.
Classes are for relaxation, meditation and mindfulness through the practice of established techniques which follow logically from the physical practice. These will increase your awareness of the links between the body and mind, enabling you to better manage the demands of life, whilst prolonging and sustaining your personal fitness and wellbeing. You are encouraged to work within your own personal comfort zone and not go beyond your comfortable limits.
All ages and abilities are welcome. No experience is needed. No children under 16.
What you will need to bring:-
Your own yoga mat, yoga blocks if you have them and if not I have equipment for you to use. Please bring a warm blanket for your relaxation. Wear loose clothing for your maximum comfort.
Classes are 90 minutes.
