Now with a studio in Cannock, Lichfield, Wolverhampton and Stafford, her dream to get everybody into Yoga, from builders to ballerinas, is becoming a reality. Her classes are a dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating core work and breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing.
