My name is Sara-mae and I am a yoga teacher and yoga therapist within the Lichfield, Staffordshire area. I offer an array of yoga and yoga therapy classes in and around Staffordshire to children as young as 5 years old to seniors up to 90 years old.

I offer traditional yoga group classes, which combine pranayama (breath work), mindfulness meditation, asana (yoga postures), yoga nidra (sleep) with the therapeutic aspects of yoga.

My classes are aimed at all levels. Yoga is for Every Body and so my training through yoga therapy ensures that you are in safe hands.

I offer private sessions of yoga and yoga therapy, which help you to get to the root of a condition and/or injury.

I also offer specialised mindfulness programmes to help children and teens deal with the stress and anxieties of life, as well as a specialist programme designed with adoptive parents and children in mind.
