Hatha Yoga with Hazel

Friendly local classes in and around Oxford. Beginners welcome &/or pop in for a class if visiting Oxford for a holiday/work as drop in available but do check space beforehand. Each week the hour and half class varies with different poses or themes, with a balance of asana, breath relaxation and stillness. Do email or give Hazel a call for more information.

BWY Foundation course starts 20 January 2018. Great course to deepen your yoga with philosophy, pranayama and stillness.

Classes are run in blocks around the school terms but a couple run into the summer.

Evenings are 5pm St Anthony of Padua and Wednesday in Deancourt Botley
Monthly Saturday workshops with time to really enjoy and explore your yoga. Themes include Chakras, Balance and Alignment and Inside Out.
