Unite Yoga offers classes in Sun Power Yoga for both complete beginners and those who have some experience of yoga.
Classes begin with a short relaxation to quieten the mind and prepare the body. Pranayama (breathing exercises) cleanse and balance, before moving on to carefully selected Asanas (postures) that will gradually warm up the body, strengthening and lengthening the muscles, improving balance, stamina and posture. Classes conclude with a longer, full body relaxation and meditation.
A class with Sarah is a chance to step away from the stresses and strains of daily life, bring your attention to the present and focus on your well-being.
All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mats, blocks, straps etc. if you have them.
Classes available on a pay-as-you-go basis or I offer discounts for block bookings of 10 classes.
