Tuesdays Blairdrummond Hall 10am
Wednesdays Dunblane Sports Club 7pm
Thursdays Blairdrummond Hall 7pm
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, and any blanket/blocks/straps if required.
Drop in sessions- £7pp (simply turn up on the day)
Block bookings for 6 weeks- £6 pp (£36) (pre booking required)
I advise to get there early as classes do fill up quickly!

Join me for Yoga classes designed for all, from beginners classes to advanced yogis.
I trained and qualified in India studying under the incredible guidance of my teachers, Sudhir Rishi, Deepak Sharma and Jenna Knaik in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Alliance UK and Yoga Alliance USA certified.
I have been a PT for 11 years working with clients across the world, specialising in athlete training, injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal, and fat loss.
I have dedicated many years to helping others in achieving their goals, in gaining clarity and in living a fuller, happier life.
I firmly believe that with courage, self-belief and a little sprinkling of self-love, you can achieve anything. Yoga and fitness bring me these things in wild abundance- and I hope to share these gifts with you too. We can all be happy- we sometimes just need to be reminded of who we already are and of the magic that lives within each and every one of us.
