YogaBellies Yoga for Pregnancy classes are gentle and safe for all women,
whether new to Yoga or with years of practice. Each class lasts 1hr 15 minutes and each week focuses on a different aspect of pregnancy and birth. This is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. We practice yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and birth, adjusted for each trimester; invaluable breathing
techniques for pregnancy and labour and also relaxation and meditation techniques that mum can also use once baby arrives.

Can be joined at any stage after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Advance booking essential.

My name is Siobhan, I have been a yoga teacher for 19 years and I have 7 children of my own! (5 boys and 2 girls)
I love teaching Pre-natal yoga & look forward to meeting you all!

Yogabellies Mum & Baby Yoga (Postnatal) Wednesdays 10-11am @ The Dunblane Centre.

& Thursdays in Stirling.

YogaBellies Post natal mum and baby yoga is designed for both mother and baby.
This class is suitable for everyone, no yoga experince needed.
Yoga is one of the best gentle and effective exercises to perform post natally, to safely and gently help to restore and balance your body and mind.
Yoga postures for baby, mum & baby postures, and mum postures. Includes breathing techniques to help restore much needed energy, and relaxation to soothe for mother and baby.
