Hi, I’m Aleysha, a former Professional Dancer, now running my own creative Arts, drama, yoga and fitness school.                                                                    Hatha Yoga, is at the centre of my practice, from lyrical slow flowing sessions that allow you to express and
de stress to more challenging Pilates fitness to strength, tone and energise.

BIOGRAPHY
I trained at Laine Theatre Arts,  a 3 year professional college,  studying several forms of Dance, Yoga, Acro, Body Conditioning, choreography and Drama, achieving a level 4 Diploma in Dance Education, in Ballet, Tap and Modern. In 1990 a gained my Exercise to music Fitness Level 2, and intermediate acrobatics coach (level2) adding Level 2 Hatha Yoga qualification in 1991
During my 12 years as a professional performer, I also taught as a peripatetic coach in many areas of Dance and body conditioning, before settling in Beccles 20 years ago, where, after becoming a Mum of two. I gained further qualifications as an early years educator and Forest school lead practitioner, opening up Centre Stage, based in Beccles.
My years of Training, Performing and Teaching  has given me the opportunity to work with students from 18 months- 102!
I have a passion for Expressive Movement and well being, incorporating it into the foundation of my Yoga practices.
