Teaching Restorative Yoga, Hatha Flow and Pregnancy Yoga in  Bury St. Edmunds
I teach Hatha Flow to all Levels, as well as Restorative, Pregnancy, Postnatal and am also qualified to teach Mother and Baby Yoga.

I hold Yoga teaching qualifications with the Zenways School of Yoga and Birthlight. Both are recognised by the Yoga Alliance Association which ensures safe teaching.  I am currently registered with the  Independent Yoga Network. ​

I currently teach
Monday Hatha Flow 6pm-7pm (£39 for 6 sessions to be used over 10 weeks) Check in for availability
Thursdays Restorative 6pm – 7:15pm £7.50 drop in spaces limited. Book via https://www.yogawithgemma.co.uk/bookaclass
