Yoga Felixstowe

Yoga Felixstowe’s 75-minute classes are led by me, Kate Sheppard, and take place in a warm home studio equipped with mats, blocks and straps. I teach flowing vinyasa yoga and blissful restorative yoga workshops. Limiting every class to eight and ensuring plenty of posture repetition helps everyone learn and progress. Classes aren’t in any way “spiritual”. But 10/15 minutes of relaxation is an important end to every practice.
