About Catherine Rolfe Hatha Yoga Teacher
BWY 500 hr qualified teacher who practices and teaches Hatha Yoga as a holistic practice - self-care for mind, body and soul. My classes include Yoga philosophy, postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques to improve wellbeing.
A friendly approach is adopted to the body, and a range of adaptations offered, so the practice is appropriate for the individual. Yoga is for everyone! I invite you to step onto the mat, regardless of your starting point.
