Iyengar Yoga Classes
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and qualified to teach in 2005. Since then I have regularly travelled to India to train with the Iyengar family.
Classes are Clopton 6:30 on Tuesday evenings, Diss 6:30 on Thursday evenings, and Halesworth 10am on Friday mornings.
