Yoga with Coco

I have been teaching yoga in Haverhill, since March 2017 and qualified with Brenda Lowe’s 300hr teacher training at Chillout yoga.

I like to encourage people to listen to their bodies, taking it further when you’re ready without force or judgement on oneself.

On Tuesday evenings I teach Pilates at Hundon village hall 6:30-7:30 class is a drop in basis all welcome.

On Wednesday evenings I teach gentle flow yoga from 7:45-8:45 last Wednesday of the month is yin yoga, no need to book all welcome.

**Some mats, blocks and blankets are available for you to use but I have a limited supply so please bring your own if you you’re able.**

 

One to one sessions available £25 for one hour of either Yoga or Pilates. Make a block booking of 6 sessions and save £30!

Please allow 1 hour 30 mins for your first session to allow for consultation.

 

I also offer Swedish and Aromatherapy massage (using pre-blended oils) in a variety of durations to suit your needs.

Location/Directions Info: The Old Independent Church, Church Hall.
Just off the town centre. Church hall is located around the side of the church,
Parking is available at the church but only for about 5 cars, alternative close by parking at the Town hall car park, this is a pay and display car park.
