Yoga for all women is a kundalini style flow class bringing awareness to how you you feel in your body and mind through movement, breathwork and extended guided meditation. No experience necessary.
Pregnancy yoga focuses on pregnancy ailments and health, birth preparation, breathing and positions for labour as well as relaxation technique and more. The class is suitable for you from 12 weeks pregnant all the way until you give birth, regardless of your fitness level. No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class finishes with a wonderful relaxation and meditation session, helping you to connect with your baby and prepare your mind for your forthcoming birth.
Mummy and baby Yoga is great for your postnatal recovery journey. Reconnecting you with your body, and bonding time with your baby. Little ones enjoy baby movement, massage and sensory development, aiding sleep, digestion and comfort for you both.
