About Nurse Namaste Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Women’s Yoga

Yoga for all women is a bringing  awareness to how you you feel in your body and mind through movement, breathwork and extended guided meditation. No experience necessary.

Pregnancy yoga focuses on pregnancy ailments and health, birth preparation,  breathing and positions for labour as well as relaxation technique and more. The class is suitable for you from 12 weeks pregnant all the way until you give birth, regardless of your fitness level. No experience of yoga is necessary.

The class finishes with a wonderful relaxation and meditation session, helping you to connect with your baby and prepare your mind for your forthcoming birth.

Please note that private 1:1sessions are on offer at the moment, group classes may recommence at a later date. Please contact me for more information.

I have attended 4 of the yoga sessions so far, each one is great, time out to really focus on all areas of the body.

Kerry is a great instructor and made me feel at ease from my first session.

Will be continuing for the next 14/15 weeks left in my pregnancy.

Kerry is amazing! This yoga made me feel much better physically and mentally! Small group makes it better to feel understanded and cared. Every session we learn something new and its all pregnancy/birth related.
If you are first time mum, this is perfect to gain some confidence about labour and pregnancy struggles! Atmosphere is amazing!

The most relaxing hour and a half you will spend on yourself all week. I’ve realised how important it is to take time out for youself during pregnancy, I would recommend Kerry and her class completely.

I would highly recommend pregnancy yoga with Kerry. I don’t find it easy getting up on a Saturday morning but I always feel refreshed and relaxed after the class!! It certainly is beneficial for any pregnancy ‘niggles’

Yoga with Kerry is the perfect place for not only a bit of ‘me time’ but an opportunity for guidance, questions and exercises to ease the pains and aches in pregnancy. Saturdays have been difficult to attend with family time so I’m excited for the Tuesday classes coming soon
Added bonus is the support system from other mums to be!

Having previously left a review after my first 4 sessions I thought I’d come back for a further review, now baby has arrived I want to share the benefits I feel came for the weekly sessions I attended. I can not rate this Pregnancy Yoga class enough it teaches you to slow down and really enjoy every moment. It gives you the opportunity to meet other mums to be, keep mobile, and working on all areas of your ever changing body. Alongside this the breathing techniques taught are incredible and really do help during labour along with positions for birthing.… Read more »

I can’t recommend Kerry at Suffolk Women’s Wellness enough. I really enjoyed pregnancy Yoga and found it very therapeutic during my pregnancy. The relaxation techniques came in very handy during labour. I then went on to do Mum and Baby Yoga with Kerry too. It was such a special time for my baby and I. I am always recommending it to any pregnant or new mums I meet. I will definitely be back again if I ever have another baby. Thank you for the tips, relaxation and support xxx
