Hi my name’s Lorna, thanks for stopping by! I am a yoga teacher and nutritionist working in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. I have a 500hr teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and a CamYoga Pregnancy Yoga certificate. I studied with the BTN Academy to achieve my fully qualified certified nutritionist status.

I mainly teach classes in Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk as well as in Cambridge. I teach Flow yoga, Pregnancy yoga and Children’s yoga. As well as community classes I am also available for 1:1 yoga sessions.
