Janet Drake teaches Yogalates™ to adults of any age, gender or ability in a course like format.
Yogalates™ the original award winning fusion of Yoga and Pilates; a safe and accessible exercise format that is excellent for developing core strength & stability (Pilates), while encouraging a connection with self; soothing the nervous system, releasing stress, aiding relaxation bringing inner calm and overall wellbeing (Yoga).
Joining a Mind Body Moment class begins with a Welcome 121 class lasting 60 minutes - a personal review of your health questionnaire, postural assessment, instructing in come of the basics and assessing adaptations / prop usage for your own body type.
Then follows the Mind Body Moment Classes (4 weekly x 90 minutes classes) for a maximum of 8 clients
All classes require booking and pre-payment
Currently Mind Body Moment holds classes in Raydon & Capel St Mary
