Group classes and terrifically tailored 1:1 tuition from the comfort of your own home, to perfect and power your practice!
A series of mini movements, meditation and breathing exercises to cultivate calm and stretch those marvellous muscles.
If you are looking to sink into serenity and come away feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, ready to give your best, this is for you :)
P.S. I trained in India, the hub and home of yoga and have been teaching for five years the art of meditation, breathing and Hatha/vinyasa yoga, also running clinics for yoga therapy with the NHS.

Tuesday afternoons - 2-3 pm Stowupland Village Hall,
IP14, 4BG - plenty of on site free parking available.
All classes = £10 per session
Please bring your own mats :)
