Fun, dynamic and incredibly transformational, Kundalini Yoga is specifically designed to give us a strong, healthy nervous system, mental clarity, wisdom, self control and spiritual strength, supporting us not only to face the increasing pressure and stress of our day to day lives but to excel through it! As well as stretching out your muscles, it focusses on supporting and balancing your glandular and nervous systems. Kundalini exercises also clear and balance the energy centres – chakras – in your body.

Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and experience.

Classes held in central Woodbridge Fridays 6 – 7.30pm – see website for more details and please do contact me with any queries.

Ana has been practising Kundalini Yoga since 2004 and is very passionate about the transformational benefits of this yoga practice. She also offers 1:1s.

I started Kundalini with Ana a year ago. I had just moved to the area and I was looking for something to help focus my mind /body for starting my next chapter. I found the series of classes helped me sleep better, feel lighter in spirit and it was good learning about the connections of mind and body . It is hard work, learning to meditate and move in a slow controlled way but every so often you just know when you get it right! I love Ana’s Kundalini Yoga classes! She challenges you to do your best – never more or less – and her passion for yoga and meditation shines through. She’s an inspiring, dedicated teacher who is fully focused on supporting the development and growth of her students and holds a space where everyone, from beginner onwards will feel supported. If you are looking for a powerful practice that will replenish mind, body and spirit then I can definitely recommend trying Ana’s kundalini yoga classes.

I first joined Anna’s class over a year ago and I attend whenever I can. As soon as I walk in the room I feel my shoulders drop and instantly feel more relaxed. The class is a wonderful blend of active yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. Anna leads the class with a beautiful calmness and humour. I recommend this class without reservation.
