I offer therapies that can help you feel better, feel happier as well as promote a healthier lifestyle. Based in Addlestone in Surrey, I provide private yoga tuition as well as meditation.
In my yoga classes, I use inspiration from different yoga traditions such as Hatha (Dynamic , SunPower yoga), Vinyasa flow, Kundalini yoga as well as more restorative yoga such as Yin or Viniyoga. I include breathing , relaxation and mediation as well as postures.
