Embodied Yoga applies mindfulness and movement practices to awaken body awareness as a tool for healing.
My work is mainly therapeutic, working with clients with stress, anxiety, trauma and those who need a gentle and supportive environment.
My classes evolved from my own personal healing journey, they are authentic and welcoming, and are created through a trauma informed lens, combining my knowledge of physical movement, breathwork, mudras, chakras, ayurveda, and philosophy as I guide you through a healing and nurturing practice of awareness, presence and self reflection which can help bring about positive embodiment.
I work on a private 1:1 basis with clients, teach virtual classes nationwide, as well as providing in person organised small groups and workshops, classes for corporate offices, and neurodiverse groups.
My teaching style is calm, grounding and mindful. A firm believer in the necessity of accessible support I strive to create a space for everyone to share their practice free from fear of judgement, with different practices offered to suit a range of needs.
