Our busy urban lifestyles can take their toll on our health and happiness and many of us struggle with stress, overwhelm, anxiety or fatigue. This can show up in our bodies as aches, pains, and muscle tension among other things. Yoga can be a powerful way to take care of ourselves.
I teach hatha yoga that is calm and soothing, strong and alignment-focused, mindful and balanced, welcoming, and accessible to all levels - I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon.
