I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, qualified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Rhythm. I have been practising for nearly 20 years and I passed my teacher training with distinction in October 2015. I now teach a number of open classes in Dorking, Reigate and the surrounding areas and am also available for private groups and 1:1 sessions.
