Welcome to Moorwellbeing yoga and mindfulness meditation classes with Annie Moore
Annie’s style is a Subtle Yogaflow ambracing Hatha, Yin, Yang and Restorative yoga poses. Classes integrate Zen style meditation with yoga Nidra relaxation.
Annie is registered with Yoga Alliance and the BSY Schools, her approach is holistic, caring and methodical, making sure clients feel comfortable and safe in slow flowing poses. There is much emphasis on the pranayama breathing, using the breath to strengthen and relax the body and bringing the breath to stillness in order to withdraw the senses and ignite the body’s energy at source – in the spiritual centre.
Many people think they are not flexible enough for yoga or it’s only for those with a perfect body. Yoga is for everyone, all abilities, gender, age, shape or size.
